Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Day to day management of the online store using Shopify, ensuring the website is kept up to date with seasonally relevant products, updated imagery and banners, new products launch, regularly updated category pages
- Be responsible for the uploading of new products, ensuring deadlines are met by completing all the product uploads on time and making sure all the product specs
- Ensure all the products info are displayed correctly on the website focusing on accuracy from the initial upload
- Asset management, editing and resizing the images
- Product copy management, putting briefs together for the product description write up
- Upload product images as soon as they are made available
- Ensure products are put live as soon as the stock arrives, double check to ensure all SKUs accuracy, raising any stock or SKU issues with the relevant teams, Buying, Merchandising and/or the warehouse team
- Ensure product and category pages are displayed correct in an organised manner.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree undergraduate in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Business or Marketing is preferred
- 1-2 years of experience with eCommerce Shopify platform
- Image editing skills (resizing, re-layout), knowledge & design experience in Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator and Canva is an added advantage
- Strong interest and passion in Luxury fashion, beauty and lifestyle brands
