Responsibilities
- Responsible for control documents such as engineering drawings and progress reports
- Organize and maintain documents, adhering to the Project deliverable documents and clients’ requirements
- Support Project Managers and team to develop and maintain documents.
- Coordinate with the corresponding personnel for the deliverable documents
- Liaise with client/sub-contractors for all related documentation concern
- Scan and store the approved drawings in the database and record all transmittals and files
- Ensure that the latest revision of all documents produced for the project are recorded and distributed to all concerned parties.
Requirements
- Professional Certificate, Nitec, Diploma, or higher in a related field
- Mechanical Engineering would be a plus
- Min1 year of working experience in the related field
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
- Must possess the ability to coordinate
- Good written and communication skills.
