Responsibilities
- Responsible to lead architecture of system development of the digital system
- To meet user’s requirements and propose digital road map including process and workflow data collection for analysis
- To develop digital system leading to operational efficiency and optimization
- To coordinate closely with customers ensure digitization plan meets the demand
- Responsible to lead and execute digital transformation plan to develop comprehensive digitization plan using system design approach
- Strong understanding of industry process operations ie. services / logistics
Requirements
- Degree in IT related
- Min 3 years in digital and technology strategy experience
- Experience in implementing process improvement via digitization environment / projects
- Strong knowledge in industry operations technology and trends in Logistics / Services Operations
- Strong desire to stay abreast in technology driven business transformation and opportunities
