DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST ($3500-$4800/AWS/VB)ref: KT

$4800 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: North

Responsibilities

• Create and manage social media and Ads campaigns to generate leads and achieve our digital communication objectives.
• Optimize paid advertising campaigns, including Ads and various social media Ads.
• Conduct thorough market research and analyze data to identify trends and enrollment opportunities.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop visually appealing and on-brand creative content for various digital marketing channels.
• Utilize design tools and software to craft/edit attention-grabbing banners, graphics, videos to produce compelling video content for digital campaigns.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in creative development to ensure our campaigns are visually impactful and resonate with our target audience.
• Implement A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness.
• Track, measure, and report campaign performance using Analytics and other relevant tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace , Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Analytics is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
