Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of Brand strategy following established global frameworks in collaboration with CP Assets and Crop Strategic Business teams
- Define and lead Marketing Communication Plan of Key Brands consistent with customer and branding strategy based on data driven analysis by partnering with Customer Marketing, Regional Business Strategy & the COEs
- Planning and execution of all communications and media actions on all channels, including online, social media and digital means
- Define & Implement the Brand value proposition, credential for the new launches in alignment with the Global Brand Managers
- Develop metrics to measure advertising effectiveness and prioritization including brand audit
- Be a branding and marketing communication expert for Region keeping the organization up-to-date with latest trends in new media, communication channels and data driven analysis for efficient use of marketing investments
- Drive the usage of new tools and processes developed by the COEs e.g. Market Automation to provide more targeted and actionable communications plans
- Provide marketing training support for regional and local teams working closely with global team on process & tools definition
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft offices and computer skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
