Salary Range: $2400 + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri , normal office hours
Location: Various Locations
Responsibilities
- Responsible to perform infrastructure and computing devices
- To provide computer support services ie. troubleshooting, configuration and testing) for both hardware and software
- To provide guidance to new comers on the usage of computer devices
- Responsible for project completion and ensure client’s requirements are met
- Adhoc support duties assigned
Requirements
- Min. diploma in IT / Computer Science
- Min 1 year experience in supporting Computing devices
- Proficient in computing devices platform : Windows, IOS and Android
- Ability to communicate well with customers and resolve issues
