  • Develop Software deployment and system administration for implementation using Wintel server, Active Directory, GPO, WSUS, 
  • Work together with Lead Engineer to resolve complex technical issues for incoming IT Helpdesk and End User desktop queries and problems.
  • Respond positively to change requirements and drive continual improvement of support practices
  • Windows 7/10, Windows server, file/print/scan services, Outlook/Office 2016, Office365 suite, 2FA, LAN\WAN/Wireless network connectivity, VPN, mobile devices, meeting room audio/video conferencing systems, PABX and basic application troubleshooting
  • Keep track of outstanding tickets and update client proactively on resolution status
  • Document troubleshooting methodology and resolution steps and participate in disaster recovery testing
  • From Perform to Upgrades of desktops, servers, operating systems, antivirus, databases and other system related software
  • Undertake infrastructure related projects as assigned by reporting manager


  • Diploma in Information Technology or similar qualifications
  • At least 2 years of working experience in IT helpdesk
  • Experience in End user hardware and software technical support, Windows 7/10, Office 365 administration and Active Directory
  • Good to have networking, storage and some database administration experience
  • Knowledge of ITIL operation
  • Organized, self-motivated, enthusiastic and proven rapid learning capability
