DESIGN MANAGER ($5000-$7000/AWS/VB)ref: ZK

$7K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: North

Responsibilities

• You will be in charge of the technical design department.
• You shall make technical decisions in relation to product design, construction execution and commissioning, while maintaining compliance with existing code of practice and safety standards.
• You shall follow through on the design development from conceptualisation to development to construction to commissioning consistent with achieving the design intent
• You shall plan and control design activities to ensure procurement, construction and commissioning activities can proceed unhindered.
• You shall assist the site team in the resolution of site clashes, attend and review mock ups to ensure implementation and compliance with approved design intent and direction.
• Prepare reports as required by management
• Maintain proper inventory control
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements

• Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent with 2D/3D/FEA software for drawings such as AutoCAD/Solidworks/Krasta is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
