Design Engineer ( $3200-$4300/AWS/VB )ref: TJ

$4300 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: West

Responsibilities

• Prepare production bodywork drawing. GA drawing, assembly drawing, part drawing (3D SOLIDWORKS drawing and 2D AutoCAD drawing)
• Prepare foam/water tank assembly and part drawing (3D SOLIDWORKS drawing and 2D AutoCAD drawing)
• Prepare propeller pump driveshaft drawing
• Prepare accessories drawing for cab, pipework and equipment stowage
• Send drawings to supplier for quotation, cutting plan and raw material
• Production assembly support and instruction, FAT support
• Prepare proposal drawing and weight calculation for tender, 3D modeling drawing for presentation, and final drawing for job submission
• Prepare pipeline schematic diagram and pipework parts list

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma holder in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Automotive and other relevant Engineering.
• Interest in Heavy vehicle industry (Automotive experience preferred)
• Those who have more than 3 years relevant experience in Structural and vehicle body work design will be considered for senior position.
• Strong technical knowledge
