- Oversees and coordinates the security unit’s day-to-day user support activities, ensuring timely and accurate resolution of user problems and concerns with respect to current represented solution and technology
- Coordinates the implementation of projects and work requests with vendors
- Supervises the Information Security Engineers which includes recommendations for hiring and performance evaluation
- Involves in the development of operating goals and objectives for the security unit and administers procedures to enhance efficient operation
- Ability to prepare and write technical procedures and documentation manuals
Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in IT / Computer Science / Cyber Security or Related
- Min 2 years experience in security tools is a plus
- Knowledge of data security and disaster recovery systems and procedures
