5 days work week
Salary range : $2,500 – $3,000 + AWS+VB
- To manage customer’s needs and provide quality work progress
- Coordinate resolution of issues with appropriate support areas
- Ensure Service teams are activated and deployed to site upon service call is received
- Providing management with feedback regarding necessary changes and updates of customer care issues
- Monitor customer satisfaction index monthly
- Provide feedback to management regarding necessary changes and and customer care issues
- Handling documentations for clients and assist in administrative duties
- Min. Diploma
- Min 2 years of experience in Customer Service / Call Centre / Administrative Support
- Excellent communication skills and coordination
- Proficient in MS Office
