Customer Support Executives X 3 (Call Centre / $2.5K – $3K +AWS+VB) ref:JT

Work Location: Various location
5 days work week
Salary range : $2,500 – $3,000 + AWS+VB
  • To manage customer’s needs and provide quality work progress
  • Coordinate resolution of issues with appropriate support areas
  • Ensure Service teams are activated and deployed to site upon service call is received
  • Providing management with feedback regarding necessary changes and updates of customer care issues
  • Monitor customer satisfaction index monthly
  • Provide feedback to management regarding necessary changes and and customer care issues
  • Handling documentations for clients and assist in administrative duties
  • Min. Diploma
  • Min 2 years of experience in Customer Service / Call Centre / Administrative Support
  • Excellent communication skills and coordination
  • Proficient in MS Office
