2 Years Contract
Working hours:
– 8am to 6pm (Mon – Sun)
– 1 day off on weekday and 1 day off on weekend
Work location: Kaki Bukit Office
Responsibilities
- Handles customer contacts from multiple channels, which could include phone, chat,
email, etc - Handles incoming or outgoing customer calls
- Responsible to handle customer inquiries, customer complaints or support issues.
- Building sustainable customer relationships.
- Keep records of all the conversations in organized manner
Requirements
- Min 1 year experience in Contact/Call Centre environment preferred
- Possess excellent Customer Service Skills
- Ability to Multitask / Willing to handle multiple service calls
- Ability to draft professional email respond back to customer
