– Able to perform 3 rotating shifts
Attend to calls and queries
Responsible to formulate resolution
Respond timely to customers
Providing customer service to callers
Assist to provide solutions to callers
Requirements:
Min GCE ‘O’ levels
With min 6 months of customer service experience
Possess telephone skills
General ad-hoc duties
