Customer Service Officer (Call Centre / $2.5K – $3K+AWS+VB) (JL)

Location: Central
Work Week: 5 Days
Salary Range: $2.5K – $3,000 + AWS+VB
Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of customer service officers to provide quality customer services
  • Attend to incoming calls, emails and letters regarding any enquiries as well as addressing to any feedbacks
  • Prepare and collate reports and presentations
  • Coordinate and manage schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information
  • Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
  • General administrative support
Requirements
  • Diploma in any discipline
  • At least 2 years’ experience in Customer Service / Call Centre
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
  • Proficient in MS Office (Words, Excel)
