Location: East
Responsibilities
- To maintain and provide accuracy in all data entry in Additional Job List/ Account system / Hard copy record.
- To provide support to main & assistance controller on daily operational matters.
- To provide up to date information from client to Main controller on day-to-day basis.
- To provided customer service subject to client requirements or enquiries.
- To check all booking confirmations for empty container collection.
- To inform clients of all washing & damage charges incurred via email.
- To assist all incoming enquiries by client via email.
- To handle day-to-day customer billing enquiries.
Requirements
- Minimum GCE N/O Level or equivalent
- At Least 2 years of relevant work experience in Customer Service industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office application
- Good administration and organizing skills
