$2600 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Responsible for greeting visitors and lead them to appropriate conference room
- Attend to enquires, incoming calls, courier services and receiving mails (recording & send email reminders)
- Assist to serve / arrange stewardess to serve refreshment to visitors accordingly.
- Ensure meeting room set up standards/conditions, floral arrangements, and report facility faults
- Provide support in catering, event requests, stewardesses management, block bookings and reconfiguration etc
- Provide support in overseeing events or VIP meetings at the executive conference centre
- Handle feedback from guests or staff on facilities and services
- Handling meeting room bookings
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in relevant fields
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft offices and computer skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
