Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Take in all order from customers locally and overseas and process them before handling over the operations team
- Ensure customer are constantly updated regarding their orders – progress or delivery status
- Maintain a good relationship with courier to ensure smooth of delivery
- Provide good service to new/existing customers to promote upline sales
- Handle customers complain and ensure that all issues are addressed
- Attend and resolve customers’ enquiries
- Provide excellent customer service, liaise with clients through e-mail and phone.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders such as operations, sales team etc. for smooth operations
Requirements
- GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma qualification
- 1 year of E-commerce or CS working experience
- customer-oriented
- Good communication and negotiation skill
