$2400 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: West
Responsibilities
- Act as point of contact between warehouse employees and customer on day to day orders fulfilment
- Liaise with customer forwarders and execute system transactions for incoming and outgoing shipments and deliveries
- Preparation of reports and status updates to customer whenever necessary
- Develop and maintain excellent services to internal and external stakeholders at all times
- Ensure all customer’s request and enquires are fulfilled with minimal complaints/error
- Work closely with warehouse operations to ensure orders from customer are fulfilled in time for delivery
- Perform timely and accurate billing
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft offices and computer skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
