Customer Service Executives X 3 (Call Centre / $2K – $3K +AWS+VB) Ref: JL

Location: Central/ West / East (Various vacancies)
Working Hours: 5 days work week
Salary Range: $2000 – $3000 +AWS+VB
  • Lead a team of customer service officers to provide quality customer services
  • Ensure service teams are activated and deployed to site whenever a service call is received
  • Attend to incoming calls, emails and letters regarding any enquiries as well as addressing to feedbacks.
  • Coordinate and manage schedules, filing important documents and communicating relevant information.
  • Monitor the team’s progress, identify shortcomings and propose improvements
  • Provide Administrative support
Requirements:
  • Diploma in Business or any related field
  • At least 2 years’ experience of customer service / telemarketing / administrative.
  • Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
  • Proficient in MS Office (Words, Excel)
