Responsibilities
· Prepare quotations for Sales Team & customer
· Process and acknowledge customer PO from e-mail or e-portal
· Track and follow up customer PO delivery date
· Manage the Sales Order, Invoice and DO
· Coordinate and manage the logistics department for delivery matter
· Prepare shipping documents for spare parts & machine delivery
· Coordinating with internal & external customer
· To Liaise with customer Purchasing/ Finance Team for Invoice request
· Manage customer documentations for internal reference & filing
Requirements
- Min. Diploma / Degree
- 2 years service Customer Service / Logistics experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word/Excel/Powerpoint
- Possess excellent communication skills
