$3500 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: North
Responsibilities
- Handle calls and emails promptly by providing accurate and timely information, alternatives and solutions to customer orders
- Respond to customer queries and concerns with the aim of achieving excellent service standard
- Follow up promptly with customers to resolve issues
- Provide respondents’ feedback to respective departments to improve customer experience
- Evaluating and processing Return requests from customers
- Perform after- call administration work such as job opening, generate customs document/parcel manifest, filing and all related matters
- Liaise with transporter to ensure B2C shipments are delivered promptly to parcel sorting center for processing
- Prepare billing to B2C clients for submission before the cut-off date
Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Levels and above or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in B2C customer service is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
