Customer Service Executive (5 days/ Central) Ref:JT

Work Location: Central
5 days/ 9am – 6pm
Salary range :  $2000 – $2500
  • Handling of phone calls and attending to customer email enquiries
  • Handle general enquiry and taking messages
  • Responsible to coordinate appointments and gather informations to be recorded into database
  • Close follow up with clients on outstanding matters and enquires
  • Follow up with vendors on quotations and information

Requirements

  • Min. diploma in any disciplines
  • O level with min 2 years experience in customer service/ admin
  • No experience is welcomed to apply
  • Excellent communication skill and team player
  • Proficient in MS Office
