5 days/ 9am – 6pm
Salary range : $2000 – $2500
- Handling of phone calls and attending to customer email enquiries
- Handle general enquiry and taking messages
- Responsible to coordinate appointments and gather informations to be recorded into database
- Close follow up with clients on outstanding matters and enquires
- Follow up with vendors on quotations and information
Requirements
- Min. diploma in any disciplines
- O level with min 2 years experience in customer service/ admin
- No experience is welcomed to apply
- Excellent communication skill and team player
- Proficient in MS Office
