CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE ($3500-$4000/AWS/VB)ref: JU

$4K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location:  CBD

 

Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all returned products are processed effectively in accordance with the applicable documented service manuals and standard operation procedures, either directly or via a third party.
  • Ensure that all administration relating to returned goods from retailers and customers is handled effectively and according to policy.
  • Order stock and check inventory of spare parts and products at Customer Service Centre in the assigned country.
  • Maintain Service, Maintenance Record and servicing of devices, including maintenance of equipment calibration list and SOP documents per required standard.
  • Support Customer Service Executive with regards to technical questions and provide general technical support for customers  and report Quality issues and Customer complaints to Customer Service Engineer.
  • Repair and servicing of consumer products .
  • Attend to customer enquiries via emails , over the phone or face to face, reply to customers in a timely, clear and concise manner. Provide product knowledge, and Demos for walk-in customers.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

 

Requirements

  • Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft offices and computer skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
