Responsibilities
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to exceed their expectations.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation of all customer interactions and service transactions.
- Collaborate with the parts department to ensure the availability of necessary parts and accessories.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the service provided and address any additional needs.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new vehicle models, and service procedures to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
- Assist Management in implementing customer service initiatives and process improvements to enhance the overall service experience.
- Responsible for the CRM database for Aftersales – to be the key executor of all Aftersales Marketing initiatives in collaboration with the Senior Aftersales Manager & Principal.
- Adhere to brand compliance, safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized service area.
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in automotive or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in computer systems and automotive service software is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
