CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE ($3000-$4000/AWS/VB)ref: QT

$4K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: East

 

Responsibilities

  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, striving to exceed their expectations.
  • Maintain accurate service records and documentation of all customer interactions and service transactions.
  • Collaborate with the parts department to ensure the availability of necessary parts and accessories.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with the service provided and address any additional needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, new vehicle models, and service procedures to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
  • Assist Management in implementing customer service initiatives and process improvements to enhance the overall service experience.
  • Responsible for the CRM database for Aftersales – to be the key executor of all Aftersales Marketing initiatives in collaboration with the Senior Aftersales Manager & Principal.
  • Adhere to brand compliance, safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized service area.

 

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma in automotive or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in computer systems and automotive service software is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
