Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Maintain high levels of customer service at all times
- Provide attentive service to customers and be able to resolve their queries
- Offer clear and relevant advice to customers and insurance agents who require your expertise
- Guide customers on the proper procedures of policy transactions, ensuring complex technical aspects are made simple to understand
- Provide policy recommendations and refer customers/ fix appointment to client advisers for more comprehensive explanations
- Answer phone calls in a more professional manner and follow-up on enquiries effectively
- Support finance department
- First contact resolution of all cases handled
Requirements
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Insurance industry experience is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft offices and computer skills
