Location: West
Responsibilities
- Attend to enquiries on Short Term Vehicle Rental
- Provide dedicated services and relationship building
- General administrative work to support rental sales
- Maintain proper filing, correspondence and records
- Develop and maintain excellent services to internal and external stakeholders at all times
- Perform timely and accurate billing
- Review, resolve and responding to customers disputes or escalations via emails within a defined timeframe
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Levels and above or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Sales and customer service experience is a plus
- Good communication and negotiation skill
