$2700 + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Handle telephone and email queries
- Process bookings with customers/carriers (Import/Export/Cross Trade shipments)
- Coordinate empty/laden container movements for customers
- Make applications to carriers for special/DG cargoes
- Handle simple sales quotation
- Monitoring of container movement & declaration of transhipment with PSA/vessel operators
- Process Bills of Lading for customers with respective carriers
- Document filing
Requirements
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft offices and computer skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
