Customer Service Executive ($1800-$2500/ Central/ 5 days) ref:JT

  • Resolves issues and establish good relationships with customers
  • Handle incoming clients calls
  • Maintains & manage the database
  • Ensure weekly KPI are met
  • Ad hoc admin duties
  • Min. ‘O’ level with min 2 years admin/ customer service experience
  • Experience in Call Centre and Telemarketing will be considered for Senior Customer Service role
  • Excellent communication skill
  • Proficient in MS Office
5 working days, Mon – Fri / 9am – 6pmCompetitive remuneration package will be offered to the shortlisted candidate.
