Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Assist Customer Service Manager and Executives on customer service-related operations
- Manage the customer service counter and the Lounge during mall operational hours
- Attend to tenant and shopper’s enquiries/feedback via various sources
- Provide directional assistance to internal/external shoppers
- Promote loyalty program and its events
- Handle the mall mainline with incoming calls and respond to live chat swiftly
- Assist with mall redemptions and activities
- Responsible for handling all redemption, and ensuring inventories & counter stocks are tallies in the CRM
Requirements
- At least GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Levels
- 1-2 years of experience in relevant customer service
- Bilingual both written and verbal
- Positive attitude, pleasant personality, and a team player
