Responsibilities
• Build excellent relationship with existing customers to increase referrals, renewals, cross-sell and up-sell opportunities
• Connect with existing customers to ensure continued education
• Build and maintain customer success stories library
• Administer customer surveys regularly and recommend improvements to the business head
• Create and manage customer lifecycle marketing campaigns
• Develop and maintain customer engagement and advocacy program
Requirements
- Degree in Arts / Social Sciences / Humanities, or Marketing / Communications, Business or related fields
- Minimum 1 year of related work experience in creating and executing marketing campaigns and program
- Good knowledge on customer relationship management and email marketing automation platforms
- Knowledge in financial markets, or experience in investing & trading is a plus
