Responsibilities
- Maintaining and updating our data base, students’ records via our school management system.
- Reporting of growth and attrition rate
- Tracking the daily schedules of teachers and students, ensuring that the classes are going on smoothly.
- Providing after sales support and maintaining of customer relations
- Converting sales and customer acquisition
- Front-desk duties and ensuring the smooth operation of the centre.
- Managing the procurement of all materials and office supplies.
- Handles billing administration and payment collection.
Requirements
- Candidates must possess at least a diploma qualification in retail management, business study or related field.
- Minimum 1 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in MS Office is a must.
