Location: East
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operational activities to ensure smooth handling of customers.
- Ensure vehicles are in good condition before deliver to customers for Open Rental.
- Inspection of returned vehicles and make assessment of damages for Close Rental Assessment.
- Be the main person to manage all assigned customer feedback/ complaints in relation to vehicle conditions and repairs.
- Resolve professionally all matters relating to vehicle, accident, breakdown issues with customers.
- Manages the operation and maintenance of the organization’s motor vehicles.
- Oversee authority compliance and reporting as it relates to the fleet.
- Develops and implements vehicle and equipment preventative maintenance programs
Requirements
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft offices and computer skills
- Possess a Class 3 License.
