- To organise and monitor the project team in the preparation or drawings, reports, technical documentation, tenders and contract administration
- To liaise with the client and assist Associate Director/ Senior Engineer in identifying the needs and technical requirements of the client
- To ensure design and drawings conformance to Authorities and Codes requirements
- To prepare work (design and drawings) schedules and ensure conformance of such schedule. To monitor and ensure that submission schedules to Authorities are met.
Requirements
- Degree holder
- Knowledge in the application of Design Software
- Minimum 1 years of design experience in medium and high-rise structures (C&S)
- Knowledge & experience in precast concrete construction an advantage
