Responsibilities
- Manage a team and be responsible for the smooth daily operations of the CRM system
- Define the roadmap for CRM enhancements and new product features based on business inputs by translating them to user requirements specifications for the IT development team
- Ensure all business requirements, work processes, web/app UX/UI, reports etc are well documented
- Project manage the end-to-end development process to ensure timely delivery
- Report status on regular basis to senior management and stakeholders
- Liaise with the Mobile network enabler (MVNE) and host network for product/system related issues regularly.
- Deal with external vendors to resolve technical issues
Requirements
- Minimum diploma/degree in business or technology related subject
- At least 2 years working experience in drafting URS and in web/app UX/UI design
- Familiar with telco products
