Responsibilities
- Responsible for executing digital marketing campaigns and manage CRM to increase sales and generate relevant report, analysis report with analyses performance
- To provide analytics, insights and improvement actions for all digital channels such as social, website, email marketing and display ads
- Develop and execute CRM strategy and framework to ensure all useful data are captured and to increase sales leads and customer longevity
- Develop and coordinate partnerships with various marketing partners, agencies and vendor to maximize campaign effectiveness
- Propose ways to reach out to targeted audience and engage consumers through digital platforms by conducting competitive research and web analysis
Requirements
- Diploma Holder in related discipline
- Min 2 years of working experience in CRM
- Able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Possess good interpersonal and Communications skills
