Responsibilities
- Daily hands-on execution of multi-channel CRM campaigns. This includes ownership of the setup, maintenance, and review of recurring and triggered campaigns, maintaining a current understanding of industry best practices and applying them to the execution of our campaigns.
- Analyse campaign results and reporting campaign performance, summarising key insights, and offering recommendations.
- Support marketing automation strategies and campaigns including targeting, set-up, end-to-end testing, execution, strategic analysis, and optimisation.
- Work with the analytics team to understand business and customer needs and site analytics required to measure campaign success.
- Make recommendations and promote the use of innovative email features and capabilities including dynamic content, interactivity, intelligent targeting, personalisation, database segmentation, APIs and email templates.
- Manage and develop email tests & learn a roadmap. Plan, optimise, analyse, A/B test
- Onboard and support the client on strategic partner platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Braze
- Proactively research and identify opportunities to further drive revenue through customer campaigns and improve marketing efficiencies
Requirements
- Passionate about CRM and solution orientated
- Experience in Marketing Automation and CRM campaign strategies and best practices
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or Braze certified candidates preferred
- Comfortable in leading client conversations
