Location: Islandwide
Responsibilities
- Monitor delinquency accounts and highlight the outstanding to internal stakeholder for collaboration.
- Build good rapport with customers and ensure payment received in timely manner.
- Review consumer credit report for approval of applications.
- Negotiate instalment plan with customers for the outstanding
- Analyze and revise collection process to improve debts ageing
- Follow up overdue payments according to company policies.
- Assess customer’s credit application for approval grant
- Handle discrepancies to ensure timely payment from customers.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Business/ Accountancy or equivalent
- At least 4 year of relevant experience
- Good interpersonal skill and negotiation skill
- Good communication to negotiate repayment term with debtors
