Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and manage events experience and creative media projects for clients.
- Engage in end-to-end customer support from acquiring new clients to on-boarding to providing timely customer support.
- Involved in pre development phase which mainly includes pitching for projects and sourcing for leads.
- Putting together both a budget plan and production schedule for relevant projects.
- Coordinate with client and relevant team members effectively to reach project objectives.
- Brainstorm on marketing & digital content to generate new sales leads for the company.
- Manage and maintain relationships with clients and prospects.
- Provide efficient and effective customer service support.
Requirements
- Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Mass Communications, Public Relations or Business Administration.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in Event campaign / sales / marketing proposal for clients is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
