Location: West
Responsibilities
- Analyze and translate business requirements into technical specifications, developing software applications, testing, user training and support;
- Engage business users to study their work processes, gather business requirements to facilitate project implementations.
- Prepare or review application and security requirement specification as well as technical specification.
- Conduct system testing (if necessary); review test plans and test cases for end- user testing and system integration testing.
- Conduct user briefings and training; review user guides, FAQs and operations manuals.
- Provide application support and trouble-shooting; identify opportunities and recommend improvements to the system or business processes.
- Work withusers to ensure smooth deployment and adoption of new solution. h. To perform any other ad-hoc tasks that may be assigned.
- Work with various teams to develop a statement of work.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer/Computer Science or Electronics Engineering or Information Technology or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in .NET and Java EE.
- Good inter-personal, verbal and written communications skills.
