Responsibilities
- To provide overall administrative support and assistance to the Corporate Services team
- Work closely and act as a liaison between Sales, Customer Service and Customers in processing renewal orders and payment settlement
- Responsible for the management of renewals with existing customers: Track renewals, coordinating quotes, prepare quotation, sales order, providing customer service and managing customer accounts
- Work with Account managers to create and implement targeted sales strategies
- Identify where improvement is needed in renewal practices and make suggestions for effective dispute resolutions
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma holder
- Min 2 years in administrative experience
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent data entry skills to quickly and accurately review and input data
