Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain contract management systems and policies in the Corporate,
- Gather and review business requirements for new contracts.
- Share redlines and offer mitigation to reduce contractual risks for all parties,
- Draft, negotiate, review, and maintain a range of contract documents required by the Group,
- Processes good level of skillset in collaboration, conflict resolution, risk, and people management,
- Preferable with working knowledge of construction business, finance, legal, tender, sales, and sourcing,
- Serve a liaison between all companies, departments, employees involved in the execution of legal agreement, fulfilling timely execution and overall compliance,
- Facilitate legal discussions around unresolved contract issues,
Requirements
- Diploma / bachelor’s degree in quantity surveyor, construction management, engineering and/or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in quantity surveyor, construction management, engineering is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
