Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Drive, develop and implement Lean & Six Sigma strategies for the business in alignment with business objectives and strategies. Experience in Change Management.
- Lead and introduce best practice concepts with the objective to enable proactive improvement actions and prevent recurrence of known issues that will maximize the benefits for the overall system to drive Business performance and customer satisfaction.
- Manage, monitor & ensure all projects tollgate reviews are conducted as per schedule, improvements action plans executed including projects deliverables, before projects can be close-out.
- Lead, motivate and drive project team on specific assigned project/program.
Requirements
- Degree in any Business, Science or Engineering discipline
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in problem-solving methods such as 8D, A3, PDCA, Kepner Tregoe (KT).
- Strong business & operational knowledge and the ability to display the linkage between projects or analysis and the desired business results/outcome.
