$5K + AWS + VB + allowance
5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours
Location: East
Responsibilities
- Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings.
- To monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers.
- Ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship.
- Carry out building works inspection such structural and Architectural works in accordance with BCA’s QM/Conquas standard
- Ensure that safety, health and environmental rules and regulations and practices among workers
- Control material wastes, down time, rework and wait time
- Coach and guide workers
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements
- Minimum Degree/Diploma in relevant fields
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Building & Construction / maintenance experience is a plus.
- Possess a Class 3 License.
