Location: Central
Responsibilities
- Overseeing and directing construction projects from conception to completion
- Reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
- Overseeing all on-site and off-site constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
- Monitor, control and coordinate site works with the operations team as well as contractors
- To ensure projects meet customer’s quality standards
- Prepare reports as required by management
- Maintain proper inventory control
- Any Ad-hoc duties required
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in commercial / industrial (factories, petrol/chemical plant) projects is a plus.
- Flexible and proactive attitude.
