Responsibilities
- Explore, plan and management of all publicity efforts for volunteer recruitment and engagement initiatives and programs.
- Support in the attraction, training and retention strategies for volunteers to help the organisation stay updated on the needs and interests of our residents and the community
- Community outreach to find volunteers, assessing organisational needs and capacity for volunteers, monitor and evaluate the progress of volunteers.
- Establish and strengthen volunteers database via screening, interviewing and mentoring of existing/new volunteers to enhance their volunteering experience and reinforce their commitment and gratification level
- Organize and execute annual volunteer awards event, and provide administrative & logistics support for volunteer related activities, outings as may be required.
- Ensure all volunteers information is captured, stored and managed in compliance with Personal Data Protection Act.
- Administer the inventory of publications for all talks, road shows, events and outreach activities, including packing of such publications.
- Provide support for in-house and external talks, road shows, events and outreach activities.
Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in relevant fields
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft offices and computer skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
