COMMERCIAL LEASING EXECUTIVE ($3200-$4000/AWS/VB)ref: TK

$4K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location:  CBD

Responsibilities

• Management of Commercial leases (checking lease documents, contracts, preparing and maintaining tenancy schedule) efficiently & effectively.
• Support the Leasing Manager in retail planning which includes tenant/trade mix review and planning.
• Assist in planning and execution of sales and marketing strategies.
• Monitor all current and future vacancies to proactively react to future occupancy needs.
• Execute the arrears management process, including dunning and preparation of ageing reports.
• Track security deposits, obtain submissions of gross sales turnover reports and audited sales reports by tenants and adjustment of audited sales.
• Assist to regularly audit and check premises to ensure that Landlord’s rights under tenancy agreements are not compromised.
• Prepare monthly reports

Requirements

• Degree/ Diploma in Marketing/ Real Estate/ Business or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in Retail Lease Management is a plus.
• Knowledge and skills for using Yardi is a plus.
