COMMERCIAL EXECUTIVE ($2800-$3800/AWS/VB)ref: MT

$3800 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location:  West

Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth and effective operation of production flow
• Ensure all relevant Quality Assurance Procedures are adhered to at all times
• Conduct tender exercise for specific products and services where required
• Prepare Bid Analysis, recommend award of orders and obtain relevant approvals
• Source for suppliers and send out of enquiries RFQ to suppliers
• Review of quotations to meet specific requirements with competitive pricing and terms
• Establish and maintain good working relations with both internal and external customers, suppliers and contractors
• Manage and execute all the purchase which include issuance of POs, ensure delivery of acceptable quality of goods and services etc

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering / Offshore & Marine, Civil, Industrial or equivalent
• 3 to 4 years relevant experience with bulk material purchase (steel plates/profiles and piping material)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Good communication, negotiation, planning and organizing skills
