CNC PROGRAMMER($3000-$4500/AWS/VB )ref: MT

$4500 + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location:  West

Responsibilities

• Create CNC programs, plan tooling & fixture for Mill & Turn machining
• Generate routing processes in ERP system
• Estimate machining cycle time each routing processes
• Perform technical planning and specification of the production process
• Production schedule, loading & capacity
• Liaise with customers for technical and specification require
• Establish PMP (Process Management Plan) as per customer requirements
• Analyze existing capacity & resources and propose for optimizing utilization

Requirements

• Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma/Post Graduate Diploma in Mechanical /Manufacturing Engineering field preferred
• Min. 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in precision Engineering
• Strong in technical skill and able to read mechanical drawing
• Possess knowledge of CNC & CAD programming, Solidwork/Solidcam, Gibbscam or Acam
