CLOUD OPERATION & SECURITY ENGINEER ($5000-$10,000/AWS/VB)ref: AL

$10K + AWS + VB + allowance

5 working days, Mon – Fri, normal office hours

Location: East

Responsibilities

• Serving as the support contact for customers – regularly connecting via phone, email, and remote sessions
• Analysing complex issues by reviewing product-specific logs and utilizing root cause analysis skills
• Overseeing interdepartmental collaboration to help ensure prompt delivery of customer requests
• Contributing to public-facing articles based on found issues in our software
• Learning about our technology – including release updates and new products – through on-the-job training and education
• Provide timely review of security alerts, particularly from managed security solutions as well as from internal or external threat reports and tools.
• Proactively collect, assess and communicate information security intelligence to reduce risk exposure and better position the company to prepare for potential security threats.
• Perform vulnerability scanning, testing and assessment of the remediation actions.

Requirements

• BA/BS Degree in an IT related field.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Good knowledge and experiences in AWS/Azure Cloud security services is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
