Responsibilities
- Drive Infra Cloud Service transformation towards “Invisible Infrastructure” which provide Seamless, Scalable, Elastic infra services to support business growth.
- Plan, design, build and manage IT and Cloud infrastructure systems using all the latest innovation (private, public and hybrid cloud, virtualization, containers).
- Enable better efficiency on infra resource utilization by adopting cloud charging model.
- Collaborate and work with the various stakeholder to develop technical solutions, plans and configuration for new technology infrastructure stacks.
- Management and support of daily End Users IT requests/issues on IT systems and Business applications.
- Ensure IT Tickets are properly logged and followed up with timely escalation to supervisors and vendors if the issues cannot be resolved at his level
- Management and support of IT Infrastructure especially in the areas of Computer Networks consist but not limited WAN, DWAN, LAN, WLAN, VPN, WAF, Security, Configuration Backup and Disaster Recovery
- Ensure and proper documentation of IT process, Inventory and Projects
Requirements
- Diploma/Bachelor or higher qualification in Technology /Information Management /Computer Science or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in managing cloud technology such as VMWare Cloud Foundation, AWS, Azure, etc
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
